Survey List
SurveySavvy.com
In order to compensate for this investment in enhanced network infrastructure and costs incurred by SurveySavvy.com to track member survey response activity, SurveySavvy.com will impose a service charge ("Service Charge") of $1 per month on each member account that has been inactive for a period of twelve months. "Inactive" shall mean that the member has not taken any of the following actions within a twelve-month period: (i) responded to any survey invitations; (ii) updated their member contact information on the member portion of the SurveySavvy.com web site; (iii) referred individuals who have completed the registration process; (iv) completed any of the member portraits, and (v) withdrawn money from their member account (to the extent money was available for withdrawal). The Service Charge will continue to apply until the member takes any one of the actions specified in the preceding sentence or until the member's account balance is reduced to zero. The Service Charge will not apply to members whose accounts are already at zero and the Service Charge will never result in a negative member account balance. If a member's account has been charged a Service Charge, and the account balance reaches zero, that account will be designated as inactive but will remain in the SurveySavvy.com database. Members can have the Service Charge removed from their account by taking one of the following actions: (i) affirmatively responding to a survey invitation; or (ii) updating their personal information in the member contact information section of the SurveySavvy.com web site. Inquiries regarding the application of the Service Charge and complying with procedures to have the Service Charge removed from a member account can be addressed to Support@SurveySavvy.com. Once SurveySavvy.com has verified that a member has complied with one of the actions necessary to remove the Service Charge, the Service Charge will be removed from the member's account.

Project 4
For project 4, my group is going to be working on fixing the parking problem at the student rec center. I feel a little bit rushed with this project since there's only so little time left in the semester and with everything else going on, this is really not something I have a lot of focus for. But I guess it has to be done and so our first step is to figure out an outline for the problem. We've already talked a bunch about some potential solutions, like installing an ID swipe system inside the building for parking so that it is known that the person parking in the lot is actually using the gym. The main problem lies in the fact that students will park their cars in the Rec lot, leave and go to class, and then other people who actually want to use the gym cannot find a parking space. If a free parking swipe system is installed past the entrance gates of the Rec and is swiped BY someone, the person will not be able to go in, swipe for parking and leave. They will be forced to only park there if they are using the gym. The other things our group will have to think about is how to set up the webpage and what kinds of designs, pictures, animations, etc. that we've learned in this class to use on the webpage.

YAY!!
Wow! I'm so proud of myself! I fixed up my page a lot and now it has these cool box titles with a wood paneling background! The only thing I'm having trouble with now is the slideshows. Three out of four of them won't center align, and on the computers in class, they weren't loading. On all other computers, they were, so I don't know what's going on. But I'm really excited about what I've done and I hope that everyone else likes it. I even added music to my one slideshow on my index page! Yay!!! :)

Project
So I'm finally getting somewhere with this project. I haven't talked to my friend yet, but I've done a lot all by myself. I'm kind of proud! :) I made a bunch of slideshows for pages that need multiple pictures so I wouldn't clog up the page with huge images. Also, I think it's more fun that way. I organized a little bit better and tried to add a menu bar, but I'm having trouble with the links. I can't seem to get them to stay on the image or center. And now the link colors are changing. It's really confusing.
I need to ask about a few things in class tomorrow, and maybe get some extra help with it. I think it will look really good when it's finished as long as I can get these kinks worked out...
I've been working on it too long now so I should probably just go get ready for work!

Happy Easter!
Well, it's Easter Sunday. I've had a sort of lonely day. Holidays are always hard without my mom. And I didn't even get to go home this year to see my dad or brother. I hope they did ok today. I went to Mass this afternoon, which was hard since its always so somber and then makes me feel like I want to cry. I had dinner at my boyfriend's family's house which was nice, but again, a big family together makes me realize what I don't have anymore. It's only been a year and a half, but it feels just like yesterday. I miss her so much...

RIP Mom
